Walk & Talk
About

Katherine Esposito, RSW

I'm a registered social worker based in Toronto. I've spent the last five years working with adults on anxiety, life transitions, grief, and burnout — first in clinical settings, and now including the outdoors.

I started walking sessions because the room kept getting in the way. The clients I was seeing — busy, articulate, often a little stuck — needed less furniture and more space. The change was unsubtle.
