Walk & Talk
Terms of Use

Using this website.

These terms cover this marketing website only. They do not form a therapeutic agreement. The terms of psychotherapy services — fees, cancellation, confidentiality, and consent — are set out in the intake and consent documents you review and sign in the client portal before your first session.

No medical or emergency service

Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for professional care, and submitting the booking form does not create a therapist–client relationship. This site is not monitored for emergencies. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call 911, go to your nearest emergency department, or call or text 9-8-8 (Suicide Crisis Helpline, available across Canada).

Booking form

The form on the booking page is for scheduling an introductory consultation. Please do not include clinical details or sensitive health information in it. How the form handles your data is described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Please use this site lawfully: don’t attempt to disrupt it, access areas you are not authorized to use, or scrape or misuse its content. The client portal is for current clients and is protected by individual sign-in.

Content and accuracy

Content here is provided in good faith and may change without notice. Links to other sites (for example, an external scheduling tool) are offered for convenience and are governed by those sites’ own terms and privacy policies.

Governing law

This site is operated from Ontario, Canada, and these terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
